Privacy
What this site collects, why, and how to stop it. Short, because the site does very little.
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no login, no comment system, and no advertising. Most of what follows is about the one thing it does do, which is count page views, and it only does that if you let it.

Analytics, and why they are off until you say otherwise
I use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and method entries people actually read, so that I know what to write more of. It is the only third-party service that runs on these pages.
It is configured with Google Consent Mode, and every storage category is set to denied before the tag loads. In practice that means no analytics cookie is placed on your device, and no identifier is stored, unless you press Accept on the banner. If you decline, or simply ignore it, Google receives a cookieless signal that a page was viewed and nothing is written to your browser.
If you do accept, the data collected is the ordinary set:
- Which pages you visited, and in what order
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address at country or city level. Google Analytics 4 does not log or retain full IP addresses; that anonymization is automatic and cannot be switched off
- Device, browser and screen size
- The site or search that referred you
I do not collect your name, email or anything else identifying through analytics, I have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features, and I do not sell or share this data. Google is the processor and retains it under its own privacy policy. You can also block it independently with Google's opt-out add-on.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in this browser under tdp-consent and nowhere else. It is not a cookie and it never leaves your device.
Clearing your browser storage for this site also resets it, and you will be asked again.
What the site stores on your device
Only the analytics choice above, and only once you have made one. The self-scored diagnostic runs entirely in your browser: your answers are never sent anywhere, never written to storage, and are gone when you close the tab. The free worksheets are plain files, with no tracking of any kind and no email required.
If you email me or subscribe
The What Would Change the Ranking list and the contact form are the only places you hand over anything about yourself, and both are voluntary. If you subscribe, your email address is used to send you the newsletter and nothing else. There is no sequence, no sharing, no resale, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
If you write to me about coaching or consulting, I keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to have the conversation and to honour any engagement that follows. I reply to every serious inquiry within two business days.
Hosting
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub processes requests and may log them for security and operational reasons. That happens at the infrastructure layer, before this site sees anything, and it is outside my control. GitHub describes it in its privacy statement.
Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page here makes no request to any font CDN. There are no embedded videos, no social widgets, no chat box, and no advertising or retargeting pixels.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, or to receive a copy. Given how little this site collects, the usual honest answer is that I hold nothing beyond an email address if you gave me one. Either way, ask at adam@bitbrosdata.com and I will answer.
Where consent is the basis for processing, which is the case for analytics and for the newsletter, you may withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything that happened before you did.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. The full history of this page is public in the site's repository, so you can see exactly what changed and when.
