Start a conversation

The most useful first message names one piece of work that changed nothing, and what happened instead. That is enough for me to tell you whether this is a problem I solve.

What to expect

I reply to every serious inquiry within two business days.
A thirty-minute call at no cost, if the fit looks plausible.
A straight answer if it does not. A meaningful fraction of these conversations end with me saying the problem is not one I solve, which is a better outcome than an engagement that was never going to work.
No sequence of automated follow-up emails. There is no sequence.

Before you write

Everything structural is already free. If you have not yet read the method, run the diagnostic, or tried a template on a live document, start there. It is a better use of an afternoon than a call, and it will make the call far more useful if you still want one.
